What is this event?
Every system that underpins the UK relies on certainty.

That certainty comes from measurement, data and geospatial intelligence – yet its role, impact and future workforce are not well understood outside the profession.
On 25 March 2026, The Survey Association (TSA) is convening a carefully selected group of leaders from government, industry, education, infrastructure and the supply chain for a closed, in-person working session.
This is an early, pivotal moment:
a chance to align on priorities, define shared challenges, and shape the direction of a future national campaign focused on visibility, understanding, skills and influence.
This conversation happens before wider public engagement begins – the voices in the room will help shape what comes next.
